Messages

Message from the Secretary · Department of Education

As we close School Year 2024-2025, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our learners, teachers, school staff, parents, and partners who have been part of this shared journey. This year's theme, Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas, underscores our collective effort in strengthening our education system to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving world.

I have seen this commitment firsthand in my visits to schools across the country. I have met learners who wake up before dawn to walk kilometers to learn, teachers who go beyond their duty, and parents who sacrifice to provide their children with better opportunities. These realities push us to craft enduring reforms.

Through the 5-Point Reform Agenda, we have taken concrete steps to address classroom shortage, strengthen our workforce by filling critical personnel, accelerate digitalization, enrich career pathways, and implement policies that lead to lasting systemic improvements. We opened the doors of our offices and schools to our partners in the private sector to make all of these happen.

Beyond solving existing challenges, we are also spearheading the groundwork for a future-ready education system. Our goal is not just about an uptick in numbers. Our goal is for every Filipino child, no matter where they are, to have the opportunity for learning, growth, and success.

To our teachers and school staff, your dedication is the foundation of this transformation. Your hope and hard work are the reason we are making progress. To parents and guardians, your support at home shapes the aspirations of our learners and inspires them to strive for more.

To our students, you are the heart of everything we do. Your dreams fuel our drive to make education better and more inclusive.

And to our graduates and completers of SY 2024-2025, congratulations! You are the generation that binds all of us together. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, bring with you the values of perseverance, resourcefulness, and compassion that define us as Filipinos.

As we move forward, DepEd, under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., remains committed to raising the quality of education, strengthening governance, and ensuring that our youth reach their full potential. With an unyielding commitment to equity, we will build a stronger, more inclusive education system for generations to come.

Message of the Municipal Mayor · Municipality of Lidlidda

Mabuhay and Congratulations, Naalibtak Lidlidda National High School Junior Completers and Senior High Graduates 2026!

Finally, you have come to the season when you harvest the fruits of your labor. I and the whole municipality of Lidlidda rejoice with you graduates, your parents, families and relatives and the whole faculty of LNHS.

"Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character (Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno ng May Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao)". This school year's theme manifests your diligent learning anchored by excellent values as you begin a higher level of education; or for some, an early start to join the workforce. Either you step up to college or you choose to work immediately, always remember that your character will be the main ingredient in your personal and career growth. Your character is a requirement in leading a better tomorrow. Some experiences may be painful, others might be exceptional while others may just be "regular". All these episodes of your high school life contribute to how you have been shaped and prepared as future leaders.

Lastly, as you celebrate your achievements, keep in mind to look back and extend your gratefulness to the people who nurtured you of who you are today. Embrace them and express your appreciation. Make a pact – that you will always try your best to be a better You – that someday, your teachers, parents and the whole Lidlidda will be proud of you as a person who leads and lives his life by example.

Dios ti agngina!

Graduation Message · Office of the School Principal I · LNHS

Today marks a significant milestone in the lives of our graduates. This commencement ceremony is not only a celebration of academic achievement, but also a testament to perseverance, dedication, and growth. It is a day that recognizes the countless hours of study, the challenges overcome, and the dreams that continue to unfold.

With the theme "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character," we are reminded that education is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but about shaping individuals who are capable, responsible, and guided by strong moral principles. Competence equips you with the skills and understanding needed to face the demands of an ever-changing world. Character, on the other hand, ensures that your actions are guided by integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility toward others.

Dear graduates, as you step beyond the walls of this institution, remember that true leadership is not measured by titles or positions. It is reflected in your willingness to serve, your courage to stand for what is right, and your commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. The world you are entering needs leaders who are not only intelligent and capable, but also principled and humane.

Your success today would not have been possible without the unwavering support of many individuals. To our parents and families, thank you for your sacrifices, encouragement, and unconditional love. To our dedicated teachers and school personnel, your guidance, patience, and commitment have shaped these young minds and prepared them for the future. To our partners and stakeholders, we express our sincere gratitude for your continued support in nurturing quality education.

Graduates, today you celebrate the completion of one chapter, but it is also the beginning of another. Carry with you the values you have learned, the lessons you have gained, and the dreams that inspire you to strive for excellence.

Go forward with confidence. Lead with competence. Stand firm with character. And wherever life may take you, may you always use your knowledge and talents for the betterment of society.

Congratulations, graduates, and may your future be filled with purpose, service, and success. 🎓
